Liability
The owner is not responsible for misuse of the content or for linked external sites (Behance, LinkedIn, Vimeo, WhatsApp), which have their own terms.

What is collected
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: name, email, type of enquiry and message — or the details of a WhatsApp/email conversation you start.
Why
To reply to your message and, where relevant, handle the job offer or project you propose. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
Legal basis
Your consent when sending the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if there is a project or contract, the pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Recipients
The form is delivered through Web3Forms, acting as processor, which forwards the message to the owner’s email (Gmail, Google). These providers may process data outside the EEA under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses). Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation, hiring process or project lasts and afterwards only as long as needed for legal obligations.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to martin.mboza@gmail.com, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
